Apparently, i mentioned in the last post that we didnt win any medal. However this has changed. We the RP DUCKS (=p) has won medals in the team event section! Bravo!
But how does this thing work? 3 archers name will be submitted as a team and then their individual scores will be combined to give a team scored. So congratz to:
LQ,Steph and Rachel - 1st place YiJing, Moo and Si Seet - 3rd place Asraf, Nigel and Farhan - 3rd place
Despite not winning any medals, Kudos to these people!
Bjorn, Nick and JiaWei - 4th place Jin Sheng Thian Hau (both of them no team)

Finally Pesta Sukan is over, althought our scores did not entitle us to win anything, it was a good experience dont you guys think so?
But guys, dont feel sad. Take this as a training to set for something bigger. Yes i meant POL-ITE. So guys to futher elaborate my point, this is a quote from someone we all knew but would rather remain anonimous -points at LQ-
"Hey, come on we should look forward for the upcoming challenges!! remember the story of ugly duckling? Even the duck try hard to become swan one day, i'm sure we can make it too" - ALQ =p
By the way guys i would like to announce that for the ladies catergory, Liqing who scored 612 has clinced 12th place overall!
And also, Jin Sheng who scored 617 clinched 15th place!
PS. i forgot to mention our Mr Farhan who also tried his best despite having a left-hand archer in front of him.
Kudos! A round of applause for them!
By the way these are some minor and repeated information for POL-ITE: We will be against Polys and ITE only! Plus it will be a team event (2 boys team and 2 girls team = 12 ppl) So remember to train extra hard and clinch your places before your teammates do!

Just a gentle reminder about this Saturday Pesta Sukan: Location - Segar LRT, Zhenghua CC range (just beside each other)
Dress code - Yellow RP t-shirt, black shorts (4 finger max above knee) and sport shoe
Meeting points -
Majority will be going for breakfast at Lot 1 so meet at cck stationg at 7am.
Farhan and Moo will be going there straight so whoever wanna meet them liase with them
Those who wanna meet me coz probably you miss me or something can meet me at Keat Hong after they are done with breakfast ( i doubt anyone will do so)
Other things to take note of: 1.5L water bottle is a must, best if got cap or hat, and remember to cut your nails!

With effect from Semester 2, everyone will attend the Mon, Wed and Sat trainings. Training will resume on Sat 6 Sep 08.
Mon & Wed: 5 pm – 7 pm
Sat: 9 am – 5 pm (RP à Sembawang CC à RP)
Bring the necessary items during the Saturday trainings as stated in previous mails.
P.S. Seniors training will resume on Monday after Pesta Sukan.

Who's the me? Kisa! :) You may know me by a different name but it doesn't matter. Haha.
Anyways, that candid shot was taken today during the Wednesday Training.
And.... WEN XUAN's laughter was a killer! :) Made all of us laugh along with her.
Even made Junior wanting to fart. :X LOL.
Today's training was fun luh. Seriously. We just kept on shooting and shooting~ Don't even have to take turns! HAHA.
So, doesn't mean small group can't have fun eh?
I'm definately enjoying the wednesday trainings! :)
Okay. I think some of admin of this blog is going to murder me for putting something so random.
Even though I want this blog to be like... ACTIVE? And at the same time enjoyable to read and not only all the admin and stuff. Right?

Monday class please take note of the following event:
This saturday we will be having a test on Form (10 steps and Competition rules). UT rules apply (just kidding) Here i'll be posting the 10 step ppt followed by a ppt made by Li Rong Also i'll be including the Competition Form for Pesta Sukan and i hope this will help.

Mon 1825 Tues 19 26 Wed 2027 Thurs 21 28 Fri 2229 Sat 2330 Sun 24 31 Location: Sembawang CC (Will take bus 169 from Interchange to CC) Reporting Time and Duration: Monday- 9am ~ 10 am – 5 pm Wednesday - 9am ~ 10 am – 5 pm Friday - 12pm ~ 1pm - 5pm Saturday - 9am ~ 10am - 5pm Things to bring for training: 1.5Litre water bottle, WITH WATER! 2 face towel - 1 for yourself and one for bow in case it rains Extra clothes - In case it rains Opinional: Sunblock, Cap/Hat , Sunglasses
